The EncorePro HW520 is a corded binaural headset and all the features you can expect from the Plantronics HW series headsets including a noise cancelling microphone.
The HW520 replaces the old model HW261N.

Designed for performance the Encore Pro HW520 has metal joints for durability and reliability as well as a soft ear cushion and a flexible microphone. Adjusting the HW520 is a breeze with clearly marked and tactile positioning guides.
** Please Note: Unless replacing an existing Plantronics corded headset, the HW520 WILL require an additional cable / accessory to connect to the telephone system. The HW520 requires an M22 amplifier to work on most business telephones that do NOT have a headset port (see M22 amplifier details regarding setup). The HW520 can also be used on some analogue business telephones when used in conjunction with a Vista cord, Polaris cord or Plantronics Direct Connect Amplifier Headset Cable.
