Hire Service

Ergolink can provide selected ergonomic equipment on a hire before you buy basis for businesses in the Perth metropolitan area.

Items we hire

We offer a selected range of the following for hire:

  • Sit Stand Desk top units
  • Height Adjustable desks
  • General Ergonomic office products

Ergolink tries to accommodate most hire requests however due to health, packaging or logistical considerations there are items we cannot hire.

Items we do not hire

  • Any items with a value under $80.00
  • Specialist or Custom Specified chairs
  • General office furniture
  • Telephone headsets
  • Any item in a blister pack

Some conditions

  • Please keep all packaging, cords etc in a complete & reusable condition.  Any damage or loss will be charged in full to the Insurer / Requestor
  • If proceeding with purchase after the HIRE period 50% of Hire Charge will be refunded against purchase price of the hired product.  The product on site will stay on site
  • Unless previously arranged, should the product need to be returned at the end of HIRE period the costs of return will be at the Insurer / Requestors expense. 
  • The product must be returned within 2 days of the HIRE Expiry.  If not, the product will be charged in full to the Insurer / Requestor
