How many hours a day should you stand at your desk?

It’s important to alternate between sitting and standing to get the most benefits from your adjustable standing desks. Although there is no definitive answer as to how long you should be standing at your desk, many ergonomic experts believe that you should stand between 20 - 30 minutes for every hour at your desk.
