The HW520V replaces the old model HW261.

Designed for performance the Encore Pro HW520V has metal joints for durability and reliability as well as a soft ear cushion and a flexible microphone. Adjusting the HW520 is a breeze with clearly marked and tactile positioning guides.
** Please Note: Unless replacing an existing Plantronics corded headset, the HW520V WILL require an additional cable / accessory to connect to the telephone system. The HW520V requires an M22 amplifier to work on most business telephones that do NOT have a headset port (see M22 amplifier details regarding setup). The HW520V can also be used on some analogue business telephones when used in conjunction with a Vista cord, Polaris cord or Plantronics Direct Connect Amplifier Headset Cable.
