At Ergolink we have responded to and are adapting daily to advice and protocols surrounding the  protection & prevention of the spread of Novel COVID-19. However, we do have to make some adjustments to how we provide some services

In order to reduce the risk of cross infection, the Ergolink Showroom is open by appointment only Strict conditions on entry are required and to be able to maintain disinfection processes, appointments are limited to 20 minute time slots. Please contact Ergolink to book

Conditions Of Entry

  • Please NO NOT ENTER if:
    • You have been traveling in the last 14 days
    • have had contact with either a confirmed or suspected Covid-19 case
    • If you feel unwell, have a fever, sore throat or cough
  • On entry
    • One person in the showroom at a time
    • Use the hand sanitiser provided upon entry
    • Observe the 20 minute time allocation
    • Compete the visitor register



For the foreseeable future we will only be able to deliver to loading dock / goods receivable zones or to open reception spaces.

We are not able to place equipment in or at personal or group workstations.  We can only deliver equipment to a neutral zone. 

In relation to home deliveries, especially in the case of isolation, we will only be able to deliver to the external front entrance.  We cannot and will not enter an isolated premise.  The equipment can be delivered assembled (if required) however getting the delivery inside the premises will be the responsibility of the recipient.  Alternatively, some items are available as flat packed, so self assembly might be possible.

Dependent on the progression of the situation, we may need to consider the exclusive use of couriers or transport providers.  This may impact on lead times & charges.



We have suspended all hire or trial equipment for the foreseeable future, however our showroom remains open, so most equipment can still be experienced.



We are now starting to experience some extended delays on some product and equipment.  We are keeping our website current with estimated lead times.  It is a moving target, so while we are desperately trying to keep abreast of changes we very much appreciate your patience should there be a supply delay.

Please be assured that any product or equipment on back order will be dispatched immediately upon arrival.
