Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries

In order to keep your costs low and to make delivery and shipping as fast as possible, we use various methods of delivery depending on a combination of the following criteria:

• Delivery location
• Physical dimensions (size)
• Weight

If multiple options are presented, you are able to choose the method of shipping which best suits you.

We process orders Monday to Friday and endeavour to ship as soon as practicable.

You can specify delivery instructions in the shipping comments field during the checkout process.  We will apply your instructions to the Address / Ship Note however we are not responsible if these instructions are not followed by the carrier or freight provider.  However we will do our best to assist with any issues that may arise.  Where available we can ship to PO Boxes. 

If your item is out of stock we will contact you and advise the estimated time for delivery.

Ergolink uses standard Australia Post service and cost will vary depending on the weight of the item and the delivery location.

Please note that parcel size restrictions also apply for Australia Post. Some orders may not be able to be sent via Australia post due to size and / or weight restrictions.

Courier Delivery

Ergolink uses a Metropolitan based Courier for small low weight Perth Metro based deliveries.  This is typically an overnight service.

As we have our own Delivery Van out and about, we may deem it faster or more convenient to deliver your order.

Special Freight Requirements

Due to either the size of the item and / or your location it may be necessary to find an alternative way to ship your items. In these cases, your order can not be finalised until there is confirmation of the delivery location and costs.

If you are outside the Perth Metropolitan area, Ergolink can organise the delivery of bulky or oversized goods via the best transport company available. Alternatively, if you have your own preferred freight company, we arrange delivery on your behalf.

Please note that some Transport companies require goods to be palletised which will incur charges, as will delivery to the Perth based depot. 

For palletised freight it is typically expected that a forklift or access to a forklift at the receivers end is available. If no fork lift is available  at the receivers end a Tail Lift charge may be applied.
